“Al Roker’s Recipes to Live By” is available now.
The cookbook will offer a look into the Rokers’ most cherished recipes for every time of day, skill level and member of the family. Al and Courtney are welcoming readers into their home and action-packed kitchen, where the good vibes always start with a tasty meal.
“This is truly a labor of love to be able to create a record and a cookbook with my daughter Courtney of all the recipes that mean the most to me and my family,” Al tells TODAY.com. “And, bonus: She did all the work!”
And Al’s daughter has the chops to chop, if you will: Courtney is a recipe developer and trained chef who has worked in two Michelin-starred restaurants. She lives in New Jersey with her husband Wes and baby daughter Sky.
“In this book, you can expect to find recipes that we personally cherish, whether they were passed down in our family or discovered during our culinary adventures together,” Courtney tells TODAY.com. “We’ve poured our hearts into crafting dishes that reflect our shared love for cooking and our cultural heritage.
“My goal is for any home cook, from beginners to seasoned chefs, to experience the joy and satisfaction of creating delicious meals and to inspire you to make your own kitchen memories.”
